  8. You can set these up any way you like. Remember access is controlled
  9. directly by level! A user at level 22 cannot see directories 23-69.

  11. You can also use the excusion list by giving the user a higher level,
  12. but putting the names of the excluded directories (or the numbers of
  13. the message directories) on the user's exclusion list. This gives
  14. complete control as only sysops (default sysop level is 70) can alter
  15. a user's exclusion list, and only a sysop of greater level can alter
  16. a user's level.
